About Our Service:
- Call, email, or in-store to place order
- If the order is placed before noon, it will be delivered same day. If placed after noon, next day delivery is available. If placed on Friday it will be delivered Monday (No Weekend Deliveries)
- Frequent buyer programs with pet food are honored.
- Auto-order: Customer can choose yes/no for auto order (Automatically deliver products on a certain day) in whatever frequency they would like (ex: every two weeks, every Tuesday)
- Items available with service: Dog & cat food, supplies, toys, treats. Lawn & garden supplies, fertilizer. Bird seed, poultry feed and supplies.
- Delivery instructions can be specialized for each order (ex: Place dog food on back porch, place cat food in garage)
- Customer is notified when order leaves the store and is delivered with photo proof.
- Payment Options- Card on file, customer can pay with card over phone, or add a card to their account.
Referral program: Current customers will receive $5 store credit on their account for each new Pet & Lawn Supply Delivery customer they refer (that places a delivery order). The credit will be applied once the referred customer’s 1st delivery order is placed. Only 1 person/household can be referred. There are no limits on the number of households a customer can refer!
